What is Gelati?
A heaven sent treat consisting of Italian water ice and soft ice cream/custard. You can get a wide variety of flavors for the water ice and the typical vanilla custard. The gelati is layered starting with custard on the bottom, then water ice, then some more custard. The snow-like, refreshing texture of the Italian ice coupled with the creamy, rich texture of the custard make a perfect combination!
